04. Billing & Contracts
We operate on 3 or 6 month service contracts to ensure the best results for your business. Billing is done monthly, but the commitment is locked for the duration of the contract.
Our plans require a 3 or 6 month commitment depending on your chosen package. Early cancellation is not available during the active contract period.
Before your contract ends, we’ll reach out with renewal options. You can continue with the same plan or upgrade based on your evolving business needs.
We accept payments via credit/debit card or PayPal transfer. Invoices are sent monthly with automatic billing to keep things simple and seamless.
05. Support & Communication
You can reach us by email, phone, or directly through your client dashboard. We also offer scheduled video calls for strategy updates and onboarding.
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Urgent issues are prioritized and handled as soon as possible.
Yes. Every Elixir client gets a dedicated account manager who will keep you updated, answer your questions, and ensure your project runs smoothly.
We provide weekly performance updates and monthly strategy reports depending on your service package. You can also request a check in anytime.
06. Technical Details & Access
No. Our website does not require user sign-up. Once we begin working together, you'll receive private access to your client dashboard and reports.
Yes. If you're on one of our automation or ads plans, we’ll give you secure access to a custom dashboard where you can monitor leads, conversations, and performance metrics.
You fully own your website once the project is completed and delivered. We provide access to your hosting, domain, and code files as needed.
