We offer digital services including but not limited to web design, branding, content creation, automation, and social media management. The scope of each project is defined in individual agreements or proposals.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for project completion. Delays in communication may affect timelines and outcomes.
We require a 50% upfront deposit to begin any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Clients may cancel a project before final delivery. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable once development or design work has begun. We strive to resolve disputes fairly.
Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Services at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
